WHO'S RUNNING THIS OUTFIT? 

Susan Karkkainen is the owner/operator of Lost Cowboy Ranch and has owned and worked with horses for 30+ years involving care, training (ride/drive), conditioning, basic vetting, driving teams for chores, breeding horses and working cattle.
She has a love of ranch life, homesteading, camping, hunting, fishing and the great outdoors.

Sue has 15+ years professional horse related experience including work as a trail guide, ranch hand, commercial teamster, stable hand, trainer, stable manager, teacher and feedlot pen rider.

Part of her broad experience was gained after leaving Thunder Bay with her horse in 1987; spending 5 years in Manitoba and 11 years in South Dakota, Wyoming and Nebraska until her return home in 2003.
